Set up your Payhip Store

Payhip storeAre you interested in setting up your own online store to sell your books but do not have the time to learn how to do it or to upload all the books you have written?

I can help you with that! Setting up a store with Payhip is really easy, but you need to concentrate on your writing so let me do it for you and start earning money from direct sales.

The service includes setting up the store on Payhip and also linking it to Bookfunnel. This will let readers download the book they purchased from Payhip or, if they are not sure which file format they need for their reader, they will have the option to download it from Bookfunnel directly to their device. This also means that, if they need assistance or have any problems with the download, Bookfunnel will provide Customer Support so that you do not need to worry about it.

The service fee will depend on how many books you need to upload:

 1 – 20   $10 / BOOK
 21 – 40  $9 / BOOK

If you have more books, contact me to discuss special prices for bigger packages.

Payment will be made upfront for sets of 10 books. For example, you have 20 books to upload for a total of $200. You send payment for $100 and I upload 10 books. Then you send the other $100 and I upload the last 10 books.

Payment options

You will receive a payment request by email from Payoneer on my behalf, and it will give you the following payment options depending on your location:

  • Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®) WORLDWIDE
  • ACH bank debit (electronic check) US ONLY
  • Direct Bank Payment UK ONLY
  • Payoneer Balance (for Payoneer account holders) WORLDWIDE

If the transaction has a fee, select the option to be paid by me.

Job Details

In order for me to carry out the task, you wil need to:

  • Have a Payhip account. I have an affiliate link to sign up if you would to use it. Of course, it is not mandatory. Clicking on the image below will take you to my affiliate link. Otherwise, visit Once you have the account, create a generic password because I will need that login information to access it. You can change it once the job is done.





  • Have a Bookfunnel account. If you do not have an account yet, you can sign up at Once you have the account, you will need to add me as an assistant so I will have my own login info, but I will access your dashboard to add the books. Once the job is done, you will remove me as an assistant and I will no longer have access.
  • Provide all file formats you wish to offer to readers. Epub and Mobi are the usual options. PDF can also be added.
  • Provide book covers. Ideal size is 900×1200. I can resize if needed.
  • Provide book descriptions. Or I can copy them from Amazon or any other store.
  • Provide the price list. Or I can set the same price as shown on Amazon or any store you choose.
  • Provide a logo/photo and text for the About Me section.

We will then discuss other features and the store layout to make sure it looks great and buyers find it easy to use.
